Please follow the steps below to start the enrollment process​

  1. Download our enrollment packet 

     

  2. Fill out the forms and provide the required documents

  3. Send it all to us at officemanager@ubcaeagles.org or drop them off at the office

  4. Pay the registration fee. If you prefer to pay electronically, please mention that in your email when sending your completed enrollment packet and required documents.
